  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

  • How much is shipping?

    Nu2u Thrift Beautique offers a flat rate shipping cost of $10 (up to 3lbs.) Packages above 3 lbs will vary on destination.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. During peak season, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our beautique. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, please contact us.

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items received damaged/broken will receive a refund.



  • I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

    Gifts can not be returned.


    If a gifted item is received damaged, a store credit will be issued once the original item is returned to Beautique.
